Grohefaucets.net Return Policies:

• You may return any product, in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full credit card refund. Returns beyond 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. An item cannot be returned more than 60 days after the date of purchase.
• Please call TJ at grohefaucets.net at 805-963-7968,or email tj@grohefaucets.net, and ask for a Returned Goods Authorization. To process your return quickly please have the original order number and item available. Please wrap the package securely in a UPS rated box and note the Returned Goods Authorization number on the outside of the package. Returns without an authorization number or shipped in a box other then a ups rated box will not be accepted. We are not responsible for products sent back to us without an authorization. Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition. A $15.00 fee will be charged for products that are returned if the grohe box is damaged. All products will be inspected prior to refund approval.
• Products that have been installed are non-returnable
• Once a Returned Goods Authorization number is issued, the returned product needs to be returned within 10 days

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed, from the date the item arrives in our receiving department.
